Job Summary:</b></h3><p>
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Recruitment &amp; Selection: Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
</li><li>Employee Lifecycle Management: Handling joining formalities, induction, documentation, and exits.
</li><li>Attendance &amp; Payroll Support: Maintaining attendance records, leave management, and assisting in payroll processing.
</li><li>Employee Engagement: Organizing events, celebrations, and activities to improve employee satisfaction.
</li><li>HR Compliance: Maintaining employee records, contracts, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
</li><li>Performance Management: Assisting in appraisals, feedback collection, and employee development initiatives.
</li><li>Grievance Handling: Addressing employee queries, conflicts, and ensuring timely resolution.
</li><li>HR Operations: ID cards, HR letters, maintaining HRMS/ERP data, and supporting day-to-day HR administration.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as HR Executive/Generalist (Fresher with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
