 To support the regional RC in due diligence, execution and registration of leases, manage regional legal database (digitisation of leases, uploading on the portal, etc.). With the aim to establish a system for multiple level scrutiny, ARC is bestowed upon with the following tasks, including but not limited to :-
 
 
 To mentor JRC and review the works of JRCs;
