Ltd Experience: 5&ndash;6 years Vacancy: 1About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can independently run, analyze, and evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and leading marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to generate real outcomes &mdash; not just impressions &mdash; and knows exactly how to push brands to the top on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, run, and optimize Google &amp; Meta campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, conversions, and performance outcomes.</li><li>Analyze campaign data, evaluate results, and create actionable insights.</li><li>Manage and optimize marketplace listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.</li><li>Improve ranking, visibility, and conversions through marketplace SEO and performance strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with design/content for effective ad creatives and messaging.</li><li>Track KPIs, conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and ensure measurable revenue impact.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads.</li><li>Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand what actually drives results.</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto marketplace systems.</li><li>Good understanding of GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and attribution models.</li><li>Solid Excel/Sheets skills and strong communication abilities.</li><li>High accountability and the ability to deliver performance under deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
