 Team Leader &ndash; Corporate Travel
 
 to manage front-office operations, oversee corporate accounts, ensure compliance with financial and industry regulations, and drive team performance. This role will lead customer-facing operations while optimizing efficiency, revenue, and service excellence.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead and supervise front-office staff, ensuring efficient resource allocation, shift planning, and smooth operations
 
 
 &bull; Oversee issuance of air tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel services in compliance with industry standards
 
 
 &bull; Manage corporate travel operations while ensuring client KPIs and SLAs are achieved
 
 
 &bull; Act as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution
 
 
 &bull; Provide technical guidance on GDS, online booking portals, and fare rules
 
 
 &bull; Drive sales reporting, collections, and ensure financial compliance
 
 
 &bull; Monitor team adherence to SOPs, IATA, and BSP regulations
 
 
 &bull; Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity
 
 
 &bull; Support business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and process improvements
 
 
 &bull; Introduce innovation and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience

 What You Bring:
 
 
 
 &bull; University degree or diploma in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related field
 
 
 &bull; IATA / Airline / GDS certification required
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5 years of experience in the travel or tourism sector, including 1&ndash;2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of GDS, IATA rules, BSP requirements, and booking systems
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in managing teams, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring compliance
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to multitask, manage conflicts, and drive customer satisfaction
 
 
 &bull; Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours when required

 &bull; Supervise and lead leisure travel consultants with daily guidance, coaching, and training
 
 
 &bull; Design, sell, and customize leisure travel packages tailored to client needs

 &bull; Oversee daily workflow including bookings, payments, and customer inquiries

 What You Bring:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;5 years of experience in leisure travel, including designing and selling packages
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of IATA rules and regulations
 
 
 &bull; Technical proficiency in travel systems and booking platforms
 
 
 &bull; Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
 
 
 &bull; Strong organizational and time management abilities
 
 
 &bull; Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
 
 
 &bull; Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons
