Job Description Summary
 Serves as the dedicated, in-country HR leader for Adobe KSA, responsible for enabling compliant, effective, and HR services tailored to the local context and support.
 Acts as a primary HR contact for the market and a strategic bridge across HR program designs and rollouts, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Talent Development, and Total Rewards. . Ensures seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives, adapting programs to meet local compliance requirements and facilitates communication and alignment that reflect both global standards and the unique context of the Saudi Arabian market
 Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and country leadership, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to enable effective people management, organizational growth, and a positive workplace culture aligned with both local and global priorities
 Demonstrates resilience and a practical approach to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. Operates independently as the sole on-site HR leader and proactively draws on remote support and resources to get results.
 
The Opportunity
 This is a great opportunity to shape and lead the Country HR function for Adobe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the first dedicated HR leader in this market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust, compliant, and locally relevant HR operations that support Adobe’s rapid business growth and evolving regulatory landscape.
 In this role, you will collaborate closely with country leadership and global HR teams, ensuring seamless integration of HR programs and initiatives. You will act as the strategic connector between local needs and global standards, adapting HR solutions to meet the unique requirements of the Saudi Arabian market.
 What you’ll do
 Establish, administer, and fully own the ongoing management of foundational HR operations and processes, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s standards and Saudi regulatory requirements in close partnership with Legal
 Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), managing the entire employee lifecycle—including hiring, onboarding, and termination—while overseeing visa processing, Iqama renewals, Saudization requirements if applicable, payroll accuracy, and end-of-service benefits
 Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing consultation and support on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, change management, and performance management. Serve as a role model for Adobe’s values, ensuring they are reflected in HR initiatives, employee experiences, and organizational outcomes
 Provide training and guidance to managers on Saudi-specific employment practices and cultural considerations
 Partner with EMEA Employee Experience leadership and COEs to deliver HR programs and initiatives, including engagement surveys, leadership development, annual rewards, and strategic workforce planning
 Facilitate planning and offsite sessions to improve organizational efficiency and lead change initiatives
 Continuously review and improve HR processes and policies in collaboration with Legal and HRBP teams to drive performance and mitigate disputes
 Manage complex employee relations situations including conflict, disciplinary actions, grievances and separation in partnership with the regional Employee & Labor Relations team
 
What's needed to succeed
 Demonstrated solid knowledge of HR concepts, local and regional employment laws, and statutory requirements, including expertise in Saudi labor regulations and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
 Autonomous and highly focused, with exceptional prioritization skills and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to deliver results independently
 Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
 Proven ability to apply HR principles and frameworks to drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management
 Ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources and build relationships remotely
 Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Employee Relations specialist in a fast-paced environment, with a strong customer focus and a practical approach to challenges
 Fluent in Arabic and English
 Experience working across Middle East markets is desirable

The Opportunity
 
Adobe is driving strategic growth with global Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Sovereign Wealth (SWF) companies through a new go to market – Adobe Private Capital (APC). We are investing in high-calibre, experienced individuals with a background in managing large scale transformation programs with large corporates, or experience working within a PE firm as an Operating Partner.
 
We are looking for individuals with a start-up mentality – enthusiasm and resilience backed up by a passion for quality of thinking and execution. As an APC Account Director, you will have responsibility for coordinating efforts across all aspects of the Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media lines of business, working with PE firms to drive value within Portfolio Companies across the globe.
 
What you’ll do
 
Work with analysts to define priority portfolio companies that can derive significant value from the use of Adobe’s integrated technology stack.
 
Lead relationships with Operating Partners in the PE, VC and SWF firms to drive discussion on value levers within the Portfolio Company – leading with industry insights collated from Adobe’s proprietary sources and external data.
 
Work with a small group of delivery partners to define a roadmap for execution and value realisation.
 
Define and build an effective joint governance model ensuring alignment and sponsorship across the account.
 
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customer and Adobe executives to support priority initiatives and long-term account growth.
 
Drive the adoption of Adobe products and innovations within the portfolio through thoughtful development of business cases that map back to customer priorities.
 
Grow revenues across the business (software, services, and support).
 
Lead and mentor regional account teams to drive value for portfolio companies at a regional level.
 
Coordinate critical customer-facing activities including executive engagement, company visits, briefings, and ideation workshops.
 
Ideate with, and support Adobe marketing functions to drive engagement and events for the PE firms.
 
What you need to succeed
 
Successful engagement will be defined by short-term pipeline generation, medium term value creation for the PE firm through its portfolio, leading to long term retention and growth:
 
Deep experience in both the Software and Services business models with the confirmed ability to structure and negotiate large, multi-faceted agreements.
 
Natural leadership skills, including confidence employing senior executives and influencing strategies for leading teams in highly matrixed organizations, galvanising a sense of common purpose.
 
Proven success leading and delivering on enterprise engagements either internal or through a consultancy / PE, VC or SWF firm.
 
A background in enterprise transformation and change management with referenceable supporting examples.
 
Experience leading successful digital transformations for marketing organizations paired with knowledge of the technologies and tactics needed to effectively perform.
 
Deep knowledge of digital transformation trends in the industry and Adobe’s position relative to those trends.
 
Experience in developing and driving adherence to a multi-layered governance model supporting multiple business functions and IT with engagement across executives, management, steering committees, and PMO functions.
 
Practical knowledge in developing GTM plans between enterprise organizations.
 
An understanding of the competition and how we are positioned against them.
 
A creative, problem-solving approach to evolving business challenges.
 
Job Requirements
 
10+ years of validated experience in PE, VC, SWF, Technology or Professional Services industries with a consistent track record of exceptional performance.
 
Experience managing high value clients with complex requirements.
 
Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to converse with, encourage and engage C-level executives.
 
Exceptional written communication and analytical skills.
