Job SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator &amp; Video Content Creator to join the Adobe Rock Marketing team and help grow our brand presence. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content in both short- and long-form formats, as well as managing and publishing content across Adobe Rock&rsquo;s digital platforms.In addition to social media and video production, this position will support broader marketing efforts, including print media, in-store and online merchandising, and community events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Plan, film, and edit high-qualoty video productions aligned with our brand goals</li><li>utilize AI tools and editing software to consistenetly produce engaging content</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts for both short- and long-form video content</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Digital Management<ul><li>Create and manage content across our four brands: Adobe Rock Products, Salt Flat Trading Company, Heritage Homes, and Adobe Brothers Construction</li><li>Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across our platforms digital platforms (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok)</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with each brand's voice style, and marketing strategy</li><li>Engage with customes by responding promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries</li><li>Track performance and actively work to grow audience engagement and reach</li></ul>Additional Marketing Support<ul><li>Provide support with in-store merchandising, including product displays and signage, as needed</li><li>Assist with maintaining and updating online merchandising across Shopify storefronts</li><li>Supprt the planning, coordination, and execution oof community and company events as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1-2 years experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital media</li><li>Proficiency with AI tools and other platforms used for marketing and content creation</li><li>Experience with video editing, photo editing, and graphic design software</li><li>Hands-on experience managing and posting across major social media platforms</li><li>Strong creativity, organization, and communication skills</li><li>ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team</li><li>Portfolio or examples of past work may be requested for candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Flexible, hybrid work schedule</li><li>PTO</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li><li>401K</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Competitive Pay, based on experience</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tooele, UT 84074
