Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Days: 6 days/weekTravel Requirement: Must be open to travel for onsite project needsKey Responsibilities:&#61623; Participate in deployment, configuration, and integration of BSS/OSS products&#61623; Perform basic server administration tasks on Linux-based systems.&#61623; Work closely with development and project teams to support implementation efforts.&#61623; Handle client-side technical issues and provide resolution support.&#61623; Execute MySQL queries and assist with basic data troubleshooting and reporting.Required Skills &amp; Experience:&#61623; 1&ndash;2 years of experience in implementation or support of IT systems/products.&#61623; Good understanding of BSS/OSS products (telecom domain preferred).&#61623; Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux server environment and commands.&#61623; Proficiency in MySQL, especially in writing and optimizing SELECT queries.&#61623; Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.&#61623; Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.Work Schedule &amp; Leave Policy:&#61623; 6-day work week.&#61623; 1 Compensatory off per month.&#61623; 2 weeks of leave every 6 months if no onsite travel has occurred during that period.Note: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, and should be comfortable with occasional travel for onsite assignments.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;254,951.13 - &#8377;731,198.24 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
