Position: Senior Bookkeeper (Canadian Client Exp Only)Time: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Mon-Fri)Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore (onsite job)Salary Range: 150,000 - 170,000 PKR (based on interview)Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed financial statements with thorough analysis.</li><li>Conduct and review balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis.</li><li>Evaluate and interpret monthly financial results.</li><li>Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.</li><li>Approve journal entries ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Perform budgeting and detailed variance analysis.</li><li>Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and professional development.</li><li>Research and recommend solutions to complex accounting challenges.</li><li>Develop and present KPI reports and analysis on operational and core business metrics.</li><li>Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>Oversee inter-company reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements.</li><li>Reconcile control accounts ensuring integrity and accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>ACCA Qualified, Affiliate, or Part-Qualified (with at least 9 exams passed) or Bachelors/Masters in Accounting.</li><li>4 years of experience in the accounting field is required of providing accounting services to Canadian clients.</li><li>Proficient in QuickBooks online and Xero.</li><li>Familiar with GAAP, Sales Tax and Corporate Taxes.</li><li>Expertise in Bookkeeping, Monthly Closing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Management.</li><li>Excellent English communication both Speaking and writing.</li></ul>NOTE: the candidate must have strong Canadian bookkeeping experience and solid accounting knowledge, as the role requires passing a technical test and involves handling payroll, GST/HST filings, bookkeeping, admin tasks such as managing taxdome and working under pressure.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
