We are not accepting profiles from candidates who have only worked on other ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Tally without any Odoo implementation exposure.We are looking for a Odoo ERP Specialist with hands-on experience in full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation, functional design, module configuration, and custom development. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in automating MIS reports, building BI dashboards, and driving process optimization across finance, operations, and IT.If you are highly skilled in Odoo customization, implementation, and functional flows, with a strong grasp of business processes and data-driven reporting, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including business requirements gathering, GAP analysis, functional documentation, module configuration, and go-live support.</li><li>Customize Odoo modules and workflows in coordination with the development team (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).</li><li>Develop and automate MIS reports and system-driven insights for senior management.</li><li>Integrate and maintain BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that extract and visualize KPIs directly from Odoo or its database.</li><li>Provide user training, SOP documentation, and post-implementation support to end users.</li><li>Analyze and streamline business processes using Odoo ERP tools and extensions.</li><li>Ensure data integrity across Odoo and external reporting platforms.</li><li>Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to define and monitor performance metrics.</li><li>Translate business needs into technical solutions, including custom module development or API integration if needed.</li><li>Support project management, change control, and ongoing process improvements.</li></ul>Mandatory Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Odoo ERP Implementation experience</li><li>Proven past portfolio of end-to-end Odoo implementation</li><li>Proven Experience of Configuring modules with strong functional understanding of Odoo ORM and Configuration Workflows.</li><li>Proven experience working across Odoo functional modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, POS, etc.</li><li>Excellent Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation</li><li>Strong experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials</li><li>Involved in UAT, Go-live, and post-deployment support</li><li>Proven experience leading Odoo custom module development with coordination of developers</li><li>Strong understanding of business workflows in procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance</li></ul>Business Intelligence &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Experience building or coordinating MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools</li><li>Exposure to BI tools and strong command of Odoo's native reporting tools</li></ul>Education &amp; Background<ul><li>Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT</li><li>Functional Odoo certification preferred</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, wholesale, or distribution industries is a plus</li><li>Accounting and Financial background is desirable</li></ul>Analytical &amp; Communication Skills<ul><li>Highly analytical with problem-solving mindset</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Can understand real business challenges and map them to system workflows</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Which Odoo modules have you worked with extensively?</li><li>Last/ Current Salary</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MIS automation and KPI's Dashboard Managment: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Odoo Functional: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>Odoo module development (Not limited to Odoo Studio): 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Total Odoo ERP Implementation : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) (Preferred)</li><li>Degree or solid understanding of accounting principles (Preferred)</li><li>Official Odoo certifications (Preferred)</li></ul>
