About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Game Designer with 3&ndash;4 years of experience who can break down games, design engaging gameplay, and build levels for both 2D and 3D games. You will work closely with engineering, art, and QA teams to bring ideas from concept to launch using Unity.The ideal candidate understands modern game design trends, uses data and player feedback to refine gameplay, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGameplay Design<ul><li>Deconstruct and analyze games to define core loops, mechanics, systems, balancing, and progression.</li><li>Design gameplay mechanics, player controllers, and progression systems.</li><li>Prototype gameplay features and mechanics in Unity.</li><li>Balance gameplay using analytics, testing results, and player feedback.</li><li>Create and maintain clear GDDs, feature specifications, and design documentation.</li></ul>Level Design<ul><li>Design and block out levels for 2D and 3D games using paper design and Unity Engine.</li><li>Build levels that reinforce core gameplay, pacing, challenge, and player engagement.</li><li>Iterate levels based on analytics, playtests, and cross-team feedback.</li></ul>Production &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Understand the full game development pipeline from concept to launch.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, art, and QA teams for smooth implementation.</li><li>Communicate design intent clearly and effectively across teams.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing gameplay design, level design, and Unity prototypes.</li><li>Proficiency in Unity (prototyping, level blockouts).</li><li>Solid understanding of hypercasual, casual, and mid-core game design principles.</li><li>Ability to analyze metrics and apply insights to improve gameplay.</li><li>Excellent documentation and communication skills.</li><li>Strong passion for playing, analyzing, and breaking down games across genres.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working on live or shipped games.</li><li>Familiarity with player analytics tools.</li><li>Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
