We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves working closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Creation: Develop and design engaging visuals for a variety of media including digital and print, such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, and promotional materials.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.</li><li>Collaborative Projects: Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies for campaigns, product launches, and events.</li><li>Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets, including image libraries and design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.</li><li>Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and software to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.</li><li>Feedback Incorporation: Take constructive feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve design work.</li><li>Multi-Platform Design: Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring optimal display and performance across all devices.</li><li>Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos and animations, if required.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing, web design, and multimedia production is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with UX/UI principles.</li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements.</li></ul>This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual presence and work on diverse projects that make a tangible impact.
