Procurement Data &amp; Automation Lead &ndash; AI Tools Setup &amp; DeploymentDescriptionWe are a procurement consulting startup helping Small &amp; Medium Businesses and Private Equity firms reduce costs and improve profitability using AI-powered tools.We are seeking a Procurement Data &amp; Automation Lead to support our projects on a freelance/project basis. The role involves setting up, configuring, and deploying AI tools for:<ul><li>Spend Analysis (Power BI, SpendHQ, or AI-based classification)</li><li>Contract Analysis (Lexion, Agiloft, Icertis, or GPT-powered workflows)</li><li>Supplier Discovery &amp; Enrichment (TealBook, Scoutbee)</li></ul>You will work closely with the founder (20+ years in procurement &amp; sourcing) to analyze client data, deploy AI workflows, and generate dashboards &amp; insights that drive cost savings.Responsibilities<ul><li>Clean and prepare raw procurement data (AP, GL, supplier master).</li><li>Configure AI/BI tools for spend classification and opportunity identification.</li><li>Set up contract analysis workflows (extract clauses, obligations, risks).</li><li>Build dashboards and client-ready visualizations.</li><li>Automate workflows using AI/ML or RPA where applicable.</li><li>Support Procurement Health Check audits by delivering actionable insights.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong skills in Power BI / Tableau / Excel and Python (Pandas/AI APIs).</li><li>Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Jaggaer, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with AI/automation platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, RPA).</li><li>Prior experience in procurement analytics or sourcing is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver outputs on tight timelines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Ongoing project-based work (remote).</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge AI procurement tools.</li><li>Opportunity to shape an AI-driven consulting practice.</li><li>Competitive project-based pay; potential for long-term collaboration.</li></ul>Please share examples of dashboards, spend analysis, or contract AI projects you&rsquo;ve delivered.Preference for candidates with both procurement and data/AI experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 30 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 2 + years of procurement Experience ?</li><li>Do you have experience with tools in Spend Analysis and Contract Management?</li><li>Do you understand that this Job provides compensation based on Project and no compensation on an hourly / weekly Basis?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
