<div><div>The Lead Maintenance Landscape FT Monday-Friday staff works with THRIVE Director or Campus Coordinator to keep the campus safe and in good repair.

</div><div>Qualifications shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
</div><ul><li>High School diploma or GED
</li><li>Ideally credentialed as a minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
</li><li>Maintain First Aid and CPR certification Preferred Qualifications
</li><li>At least 1 year full time ministry experience OSHA Certification and experience with landscape and maintenance tools Relationships
</li><li>The Maintenance-Landscape employee is responsible to the Campus Coordinator and Director.<br>

<div>Responsibilities: will primarily serve as campus overseer of maintenance/landscaping at THRIVE Girls Academy</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><div>
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead prayer instruct students when needed for department landscaping/clean up Engage in religious instruction Work with other departments to comply with all Texas DFPS regulations/COGNIA standards/TCUSA standards Participate in campus events and chapels as required
</div><ul><li>All buildings trash is emptied and put in the dumpster, everyday. Clean outside of dumpster Thursdays.
</li><li>Maintains and repairs all dorms, patch holes in walls, buildings and vehicles upkeep oil changes, logs</li><li>Assist Director or Campus Coordinator when needed for the pulling of any permits that are needed
</li><li>Maintains and keeps track of all tools and equipment/put away tools &amp; equipment. Organize storage into sections.
</li><li>Mowing edging and landscaping the campus
</li><li>Will alert the Director or Campus Coordinator to any safety issues promptly so they can be fixed
</li></ul><div> Works with volunteers to coordinate work projects on campus All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Coordinator</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
