PRIMARY PURPOSE 
 
As a Sanitation Associate, it will be your job to maintain all sanitation standards established by the Distribution Center in order to ensure a clean and safe work environment for all associates.
 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
<ul><li>Pick up debris, empty trash cans, remove spills in a prompt manner, dust racks, doors, lights, etc.</li><li>Sweep and mop slots.</li><li>Clean sanitation equipment, including sanitation boxes and mops.</li><li>Sweep and scrub floors, as well as outside areas to help ensure the safety, proper sanitation and efficiency of the distribution center.</li><li>Maintain equipment daily, topping off fluids, cleaning out brushes and washing equipment.
</li><li>Follow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debris.</li><li>Report equipment and pallet jack problems to maintenance.</li><li>Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting work group or distribution center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ADUSA Distribution standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity.</li></ul> 

QUALIFICATIONS 
 
<ul><li>Able to reach, stoop, bend and lift up to 60 lbs. of equipment.</li><li>Able to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Able to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e., cool temperatures, concrete floors, powered industrial trucks).</li><li>Able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties.</li></ul> 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 
 
<ul><li>High School Education.</li><li>Certification on powered industrial equipment where applicable (will train associates).</li><li>Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment.</li></ul> 
Other Skills: 
<ul><li>Able to meet production standards set by the company.</li><li>Able to read and understand written and numeric product identifiers.</li><li>Highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

PRIMARY PURPOSE 
 
As our Maintenance Mechanic A, you will perform maintenance tasks and work orders on all assigned facilities and equipment both inside and outside the facility. You will complete facilities and equipment repairs reflecting substantial variety and complexity based on expected proficiencies established through the Facilities Maintenance Structure and Program. As Mechanic A, you should posses elevated skills in a minimum of one of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, material handling, and welding. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
<ul><li>Ensure all equipment and facilities are operating effectively and efficiently in order to support all operations. Make sure all equipment meets standards, codes and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Carry out duties in a productive manner and learn skills available through training and job shadowing. Training will be offered and is necessary to move from various levels as well as a demonstrated ability to perform the work at current level based on assessment by manager.</li><li>Enter work into the computer maintenance system throughout work shift and use to investigate and identify repeat repairs and previous work performed on that equipment</li><li>Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems as necessary</li><li>Be proficient in performing preventative and predictive maintenance with little or no assistance</li><li>Able to safely shut down systems and equipment and meets all standards, codes, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Able to trouble shoot and perform repairs on complex systems and equipment</li><li>Meet evaluation standards on work orders and observations by management to assess and evaluate skill level and proficiency within maintenance department</li><li>Able to provide guidance and training to Mechanic B level individuals and support associates</li><li>Remain proficient in maintenance trade as required and stay current with today's technology as required and offered by training courses/classes</li><li>Make recommendations for modifications to procedures or processes impacting work group or center that will maximize efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards in the areas of accuracy, safety and productivity</li><li>Perform work at elevated levels in areas of safety, electrical, electronics, refrigeration, material handling, mechanical, welding, fire systems, and domestic water/waste water (where applicable)</li><li>Follow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debris</li></ul> 

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
