Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Female candidate pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) / BA / B.Com / Any Graduate.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, attendance, onboarding, etc.</li><li>Good communication skills and computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).</li><li>Freshers interested in HR field are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>2. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in recruitment &ndash; calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining tracking sheets.</li><li>Support in joining formalities &ndash; document collection, ID creation, file arrangement.</li><li>Maintain attendance &amp; leave records.</li><li>Help in HR documentation &ndash; offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with employees for queries, communication, and follow-up.</li><li>Assist HR Manager in daily tasks and HR processes.</li><li>Support in organizing training, meetings, and employee engagement activities.</li></ul>3. Required Skills<ul><li>Good communication (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Basic understanding of HR process.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.</li></ul>4.
