<div>AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Strategy, Planning &amp; Systems Specialist. You will have a pivotal responsibility in assisting with strategy development and ensuring its successful implementation. Your core duties will involve composing, maintaining, and clarifying all procedures within AdvanceCare, as well as revising and writing processes for all departments. Your efforts will contribute to establishing a comprehensive framework for efficient operations throughout the organization. Your role will entail preparing, analyzing, and reporting on strategic and functional information to drive key initiatives. The ideal person for this position has a knowledge of analytical skills. 
This is a work from home position. You must have a high-speed internet and a 27&quot; or larger monitor, keyboard &amp; mouse for use with our company laptop. (If you live within a 1-hour drive of the office, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard &amp; mouse as well as the laptop). 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Assist in strategic planning and Objective and Key Results (OKR) efforts to develop an integrated roadmap across the entire organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in building a coherent strategy, vision, and roadmap for the entire organization, help establish shared goals &amp; collaborate with cross-functional teams &amp; leaders across the organization to drive alignment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support stakeholders to define, launch, and drive strategic and organizational initiatives across the organization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help out in gathering relevant data, assist with conducting business analysis, help develop and manage project trackers and timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver on project objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help to identify and review market trends. and then assist in analyzing and applying this information in developing strategies and plans for individual market segments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist in monitoring business climate, trends in technology and development, and government activity in areas of the company&rsquo;s current and anticipated service lines.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help lead trials concerning new plans, business initiatives, and pilot programs; assist in making recommendations and help implement adjustments and modifications based on the results.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with business unit administration and managers to help produce business and service plans that are profitable and evaluate these plans periodically.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborates with all departments to ensure departmental processes are kept up to date and new processes are being created when needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains and updates all required projects/tasks, and spreadsheets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains member and employee confidentiality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analyze documents received from external organizations, identifying issues as they arise and improving processes and systems as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Recognize areas for improvement within the transitional part of the company and develops actionable plans to implement them.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Complete other job duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to perform the essential job functions listed above.

2. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

3. Good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Flexible and possesses a willingness to learn new skills.

5. Good computer &amp; organizational skills.

6. High School Diploma or equivalent.

7. Meet attendance and productivity requirements. 
Work Environment:

The Manager for our Home Care Services is a hybrid - work from home position, using company-provided systems to stay connected and productive. It requires a quiet, professional workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to stay focused and organized without direct supervision. Regular communication with leadership and team members is essential, and timely responsiveness during business hours is expected.
