Visit us at www.advancecnc.com.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Administrative support for the sales team to effectively meet customer requirements</li><li>Identify vendors, negotiate pricing and complete cost and lead time for quotes from a diverse range of vendors</li><li>Cultivate partnerships with vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery</li><li>Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality outcomes</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or purchasing/procurement</li><li>Proficiency in vendor relationship management</li><li>Professional communication skills</li><li>Critical thinking skills</li></ul>SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL:<ul><li>Have the ability to pivot quickly between tasks and re-prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Be enjoyable to work with and exhibit a great attitude</li><li>Exhibit humility, hunger, and people-smarts</li><li>Be highly motivated and target-driven</li><li>Possess a versatile, adaptive, and intuitive nature</li><li>Be passionate about serving others through quality work</li><li>See challenges as opportunities to learn and grow</li><li>Receive and deliver feedback constructively; take ownership</li><li>Arrive on-time, every day</li></ul>COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:<ul><li>80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year.
