If you value personal growth, a supportive and challenging environment, and benefit from close relationships with your patients, then our family-like practice is for you.Minimum Education and Skills:<ul><li>CPR Certified, Current in OSHA required certifications.</li><li>Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations.</li><li>Experience with Dentrix Software.</li><li>1-3 years of work experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills required to form long-lasting, authentic relationships with patients.</li><li>Perform all clinical chair-side assisting needs.</li><li>Execute independent tasks such as impression taking, fabrication of temporary crowns, dental photography, and patient chart review.</li><li>Provide oral hygiene instructions and patient education regarding dental needs and recommendations.</li><li>Take accurate digital dental x-rays and panoramic x-rays.</li><li>Provide the highest level of science based care to our patients.</li></ul>About us:Our practice was established in 1975, and our practitioners have been serving residents of Springfield and neighboring cities for over 45 years. Our strong and established patient pool consists of patients of all ages, color and socio-economic status.
