We are currently hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage and oversee our operations during either day or night shift. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams in a plastic recycling production or manufacturing environment and should be capable of handling shift responsibilities independently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise overall shift operations and ensure productivity targets are met</li><li>Monitor workforce performance and provide support to the team as needed</li><li>Leading and directing all functional and cross-functional efforts to achieve manufacturing unit objectives.</li><li>Maintain a safe, injury-free, and healthy work environment. Assure that training on safe work methods is provided on a timely basis. Clearly communicate safe work practice expectations and follow up with all team members to assure understanding and compliance. Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial settings. Your duties will include reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, and conducting regular preventative maintenance. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our Factory. You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload goods and materials.
