HR &amp; Admin officer Male/ Female Officing Tiing: 9AM to 6PM job Location : Lahore Gulberg colony Experience: 1 to 3 years Fresh also apply Education: Grudation or Above Job Description: Support the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hiresMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Coordinate and support employee performance management processes (e.g., annual reviews, KPIsHandle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and leave management.Support training and development initiatives by organizing workshops, tracking participation, and evaluating outcomes.Assist in employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities and internal communications.Monitor HR metrics and generate reports as required.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
