 Job Scope
 
 
 
 The Senior Account Manager is accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts and promoting the company and its respective products/services through well-defined account management strategies and sound partnerships with existing/potential customers. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes and champions marketing programs and activities in line with the Territory Sales Manager.
 
 
 
 Main Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Technical and Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and implement the account strategies and roadmap of the assigned portfolio in coordination and alignment with the management team
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and targets in line with business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the vendors&rsquo; relations in alignment with the company&rsquo;s management and strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales and establish new opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess credit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlements and audit resolutions accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate sales for the entire portfolio of accounts in terms of long-term revenue and profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure the highest level of engagement and support to Channel partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers&rsquo; needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and raise recommendations as and when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement procedures maximizing efficiency and standardization
 </li>
 <li>
 Put available systems into practice (salesforce.com CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardization
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 At least 5-7 years of relevant experience.

 is accountable for managing the post-sales activities by proactively assessing solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements. S/He designs, plans and implements on-premises or cloud solutions for migration, analyzes current on-premises and provides solutions to customers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Duties and Responsibilities

 Run, manage and drive proof of concepts (

 ) and request for proposals (
 
 RFP
 
 ) and close opportunities from a presales and implementation perspective
 </li>
 <li>
 Help customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage Microsoft services
 </li>
 <li>
 Work as a technical consultant alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Work as both an infrastructure and application development specialist
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement DevOps practices such as infrastructure, continuous integration and automated deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in design, development, review and test efforts for App &amp; Data Modernization
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with the company security policies and best practices in cloud security
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide deep software architecture knowledge with respect to cloud architecture and design patterns
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and execute a roadmap to modernize applications and move them to Azure
 </li>
 <li>
 Use ARM, Azure Policy, Blueprints and other technologies as part of integrated deployment pipelines for new solutions in Azure
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to internal R&amp;D projects and play an active role in the broader community
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to New Signature and Client Information Security policies and ensure compliance at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update technical qualifications to provide intensive technical consulting to prospective customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead technical sales calls
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Google Cloud database migration and pre-sales / post-sales / Cloud / DB Specialist
 </li>
 <li>
 Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) along with hands-on cloud migration exposure and relevant Google Cloud certifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications preferred: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Database Engineer / Architect
 </li>
 </ul>
