If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI, Advanced Coatings Inc., is looking for a Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI location.

The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement routine preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment such as drive belt inspection and adjustment, bearing inspection and lubrication, and filter cleaning and/or replacement</li>
<li>Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed</li>
<li>May also be required to assess most suitable resolution (in house or outsource)</li>
<li>Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect and document fire extinguishers and eyewash stations</li>
<li>Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies</li>
<li>Fabricate special tooling and guarding</li>
<li>Seek and implement continuous improvement ideas from others as well as their own original contributions</li>
<li>Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol</li>
<li>Perform other maintenance duties as requested</li>
</ul>
Seeking experience in operation of equipment including welders, plasma cutters, drill press, and hand held tools including drills, grinders, and a variety of saws.
