Job Overview Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a growing Association Management business. This is a part-time, independent contractor position offering 10&ndash;12 hours per week with flexible, work-from-home scheduling. Candidates based in or near Tampa, FL are preferred.Responsibilities<ul><li>General administrative support</li><li>Email management and correspondence (Webmail platforms)</li><li>Data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel)</li><li>Basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks</li><li>Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior administrative experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web-based email systems</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$18&ndash;$20 per hour, based on experience</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 10.0 &ndash; 12.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
