Job Overview
 
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our [facility &ndash; medical, office, venue, etc.]. The Janitor will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for [patients, visitors, and staff]. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.</li><li>
Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.</li><li>
Empty and properly dispose of trash and [medical] waste according to established guidelines.</li><li>
Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.</li><li>
Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.</li><li>
Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety.</li><li>
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.</li>
Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or Advanced, Inc team.

</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>
Previous janitorial or custodial experience, [preferably in a medical or healthcare setting].</li><li>
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.</li><li>
Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.</li><li>
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.</li><li>
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.</li>
Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.
