Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC)
Compensation: 60% of Net Collections; paid bi-weekly (Estimated annual earning potential of up to $70,000) 
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full or Part-Time) 
Schedule: Build your own schedule between Monday-Friday 
Location: This is an in person role based out of Lake Mary, FL 
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities to children, adolescents and adults</li><li>
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals</li><li>
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation</li><li>
Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 8&ndash;10 clients per day; minimum of 30 clients per week required</li><li>
Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5-7 clients per day; minimum of 20 clients per week required</li><li>
Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required</li><li>
Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Requirements:

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC in Florida</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or related field</li><li>
Ability to provide therapy independently</li><li>
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms</li><li>
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.</li><li>
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure outpatient clinical experience preferred</li></ul>
