Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Sr. GFX Designer to join our high-performing team. The Senior Graphic Designer&rsquo;s primary focus will be to create and develop branded campaign concepts and assets for livestreams, marketing, and monetization efforts. The Senior Graphic Designer will have a passion for design and ability to bring a creative, on-trend, brand forward approach to a multitude of different projects, including both campaigns and more independent deliverables. Your expertise will be applied to enhance elements from on-air graphics to promotional spots for marketing and branding. Bring a digital first mindset, translating campaign goals and product stories into clear, compelling visual narratives across livestream, marketing, and monetized touchpoints. You are fluent with Generative AI and creative with how to deliver projects utilizing all tools available. Comfortable adapting to and learning internally approved generative AI tools and workflows is required. The Designer has a high-level of customer service with a solutions-orientated approach never telling the client no.</div><div>

This is a full-time temporary 3-month contract that may extend to a permanent position.</div><div></div><div>

Responsibilities:</b><div><div><ul><li>
Create and execute engaging, impactful and unique design solutions utilizing brand assets and identity guidelines.</li><li><div>
Design, develop and create animated 2D and 3D images from scratch.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Create end to end design campaigns (following brand guidelines) or motion graphics or fully animated pieces for various digital platforms.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Create and design graphic layouts and animations for various digital video and social media platforms.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Work both independently with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, copywriters, and creative directors, from ideation to execution as needed.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Develop visual narratives that support customer engagement, product storytelling, and performance across digital platforms.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Articulate creative vision and design rationale to team members.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Able to independently prioritize during the day for creation of assets for campaigns and specialized projects.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Collaborate with project managers to update project status, review edits and/or feedback from the client.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Work under direction from client, producers, and Project Manager (Graphics)</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Utilize generative AI tools to support concept development, asset exploration, and workflow efficiency as needed.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Quickly learn and apply internally approved AI tools as part of evolving creative workflows.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Use Airtable, Figma and Adobe Suite for daily projects</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ensure all deliverables are of the highest creative standards and adhere to best practices.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Maintain organized project assets.</div></li></ul></div><div><div>

Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:
</b></div><div><div><div><ul><li>6+ years related experience in graphic design or animation in a digital-first environment.<br>
</li><li>
Robust portfolio of social and vertical assets that drive conversions.</li><li>
Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma, Airtable</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</div></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Understanding of motion/graphic and design best practices for online platforms, including delivery specifications and workflows.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong understanding of digital content storytelling and customer-centric design.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ability to work on tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Self-starter, strong self initiative.</div></li><li>
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in New York City.</li></ul></div></div><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
</b></div><div></div><div><div><div><div>This temporary contract role offers a salary of $124.000-130,000 depending on experience.</div><div>
