The ideal candidate has a strong eye for facial aesthetics, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, natural-looking results.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform aesthetic treatments including:</li><li>Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport)</li><li>Dermal fillers</li><li>Medically Guided Weight loss</li><li>Other injectable treatments (biostimulators, PRP, etc.)</li><li>Conduct thorough patient consultations and create customized treatment plans</li><li>Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records</li><li>Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols</li><li>Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), in Florida.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with advanced training)</li><li>Certification and training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care</li><li>Sales mindset with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base pay + commission structure</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding practice</li><li>Employee discounts on treatments and products</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Bonus)<ul><li>Experience with laser treatments or energy-based devices</li><li>Social media presence or willingness to participate in content creation</li><li>Existing patient following</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, certificationsPay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
