<div>Sales &amp; Commercial Account Manager - Unified Communications
 
Position Overview 
As a Sales &amp; Commercial Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships within the unified communications sector.
You will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of unified communications technologies to develop and implement effective account strategies that align with our business goals.
Salary &amp; Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 a year. Please note we are happy to have conversations around salary expectations, and will assess each candidate on their own experience and merits.
There will also be a competitive commission scheme in addition.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Account Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.</li><li>
Strategic Planning: You will develop account strategies that drive growth and maximize opportunities within your assigned accounts in the unified communications sector.</li><li>
Client Engagement: You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, advocating for their needs within the company.</li><li>
Sales Performance: You will monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Sales Proposals: You will prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of your accounts.</li><li>
Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and client solutions.</li><li>
Market Analysis: You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in unified communications.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Experience:<ul><li>
You should have experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.</li><li>
A proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth is essential.</li></ul></li><li>
Skills:<ul><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills are required to assess account performance and develop effective strategies.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools is expected to manage account relationships and performance insights.</li></ul></li><li>
Attributes:<ul><li>
You should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>
A deep understanding of unified communications technologies and emerging trends is highly valued.</li></ul></li></ul>

<div>Interim Transformation Chief of Staff (6 month FTC)
 
Position Overview 
We are looking for an Interim Chief of Staff to join us for an initial 6-month fixed term contract. You will have the opportunity to work on a significant transformation programme to create a high-performing, scalable operating model that is commercially effective and operationally efficient.
This programme will span sales, operations, organisation design, and commercial model evolution with multiple workstreams running in parallel.
This role is for an initial 6-month period, subject to further extension in line with business need.

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Act as a hands-on partner to the Managing Director of our VAR business, translating transformation priorities into clear plans, milestones and deliverables</li><li>
Drive delivery across transformation programmes, ensuring progress, accountability and visibility of outcomes</li><li>
Take ownership of selected workstreams directly where required, acting as programme lead rather than solely coordinator</li><li>
Establish and run effective governance, reporting cadence and decision-making forums</li><li>
Create and maintain programme artefacts including plans, RAID logs, action trackers and executive reporting</li><li>
Hold workstream owners accountable for delivery against agreed milestones and commitments</li><li>
Provide constructive challenge to senior stakeholders to ensure pace and focus are maintained</li><li>
Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and blockers, supporting rapid decision-making</li><li>
Work across sales, operations, finance and HR to ensure joined-up execution of change initiatives</li><li>
Support organisational design and people change programmes, including restructuring, role redesign and workforce planning</li><li>
Ensure clear, consistent and high-quality communication across leadership teams and wider audiences</li><li>
Step into detail where needed, including analysis, communication drafting and execution of practical tasks</li><li>
Support the Managing Director with strategic projects, executive communications and operational problem-solving</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Proven experience in transformation delivery, programme leadership, Chief of Staff or senior operational roles</li><li>
Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change within a commercially focused organisation</li><li>
Experience working directly with senior executives in fast-paced environments</li><li>
Strong experience of organisational design, restructuring and people change programmes, including sensitive change environments</li><li>
Background in operating businesses preferred; consulting experience beneficial but not essential</li><li>
Ability to operate credibly at senior level while remaining highly hands-on and delivery-focused</li><li>
Strong analytical capability with the ability to simplify complex issues and drive clear decisions</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce concise, high-quality executive materials</li><li>
High levels of judgement, discretion and resilience</li><li>
Experience in technology, IT services, managed services or VAR environments beneficial</li></ul>
Desirable Experience<ul><li>
Experience within sales-led organisations and understanding of sales performance levers</li><li>
Exposure to incentive and commission structures</li><li>
Experience in operating model simplification, cost optimisation or post-acquisition integration</li><li>
Familiarity with programme governance tools and executive reporting frameworks</li><li>
Experience in private equity-backed or transformation-led environments</li></ul>
