This position is perfect for candidates with strong organizational skills, excellent writing ability, and a solid understanding of law-office operations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting attorneys in Landlord / Tenant cases, civil litigation, and other area.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft and prepare legal documents, motions, discovery, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain case files, manage deadlines, and organize court filings.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research under attorney supervision.</li><li>Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case development.</li><li>Handle intake and administrative coordination with attention to detail.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of prior law-firm experience (required).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of Michigan court filing procedures (MiFILE, etc.).</li><li>Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Adobe, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Paralegal certificate or pre-law background preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Part-timePay: From $48,734.51 per yearExpected hours: No less than 25 per weekWork Location: In person
