Minimum </b><b>Qualifications</b>:</div></div><div><div>
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND two years of recruitment, marketing, or advertising experience OR Four years of human resources experience with a marketing focus that included employment screening and/or recruitment events and activities.</div></div><div><div><b>

Recruitment and Marketing Specialist

<div><p><b>Position Summary</b><b>: </b>The primary responsibility of this role is to engage youth, foster healthy relationships, and build skills utilizing creative approaches to improve life functioning.
</p><p></p><p><b>Work Schedule</b><b>: PART-TIME (20-29 hours a week)</b></p><p><b>
Weekday position, days can vary depending on need but a set schedule will be created.
</b></p><p><b>Hours: </b><b>12:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 PM</b><b> during school days, and </b><b>9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</b><b> during school breaks &amp; summer.</b></p><p>
</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities &amp; Performance Standards:</b></p><p><b>
1. Coordinates/provides resiliency support services.
</b></p><ul><li>Provides skills training groups to members; incorporating evidence based practices/curriculums.</li><li>
Provides CSI (Community Support Individual) to members on caseload or as needed.</li><li>
Documents to account for all services provided.</li><li>
Provides overall daily care for members; preparing meals, cleaning/organizing, general oversight, etc.</li><li>
Collaborates with parents to coordinate care for members.</li><li>
Works cooperatively with other community agencies which may be serving the member (school system, DFCS, etc.)</li><li>
Charts all contacts with families, community agencies, or other collaborations for the member&rsquo;s care.</li><li>
Advocates for youth with mental health and behavioral challenges.
</li><li>Maintains the strictest confidentiality of all information related to the member&rsquo;s care.</li></ul><p><b>
2. Works within a team environment and with external stakeholders</b></p><ul><li>
Attends staff meetings, conferences, workshops, or other meetings as required by the supervisor or agency.</li><li>
Works cooperatively and in a professional manner with all clubhouse staff and other agency personnel.
</li><li>Assists with daily administrative tasks as assigned or needed.
</li><li>Collaborates with community organizations/places of business to incorporate outings into members&rsquo; treatment.</li></ul><p><b>
3. Provides transportation for members.</b></p><p><b>
4. Monitors members&rsquo; progress towards treatment goals.</b></p><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b><b>:</b>
</p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field OR may substitute 1-2 years&rsquo; experience working with children/youth and/or in the behavioral health field.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><b>:
</b></p><p>Computer proficiency, previous work with electronic health record systems, and work with children/youth.</p><p>
