Job Overview:</b><br>
The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. This role involves accurately preparing and labeling prescriptions, assisting with medication inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy operations.</p>

<div><b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
1. **Prescription Preparation and Dispensing**<br>
<ul><li>Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications</li><li>Accurately measure, count, and label medications for patient prescriptions</li><li>Operate pharmacy equipment such as pill counters and label printers</li></ul></div>

2. **Customer Service**<br>
<ul><li>Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patients and healthcare providers</li><li>Answer patient inquiries regarding prescription status, medication instructions, and pharmacy services</li><li>Handle prescription pick-up and drop-off, ensuring accurate patient information and payment processing</li><li>Perform patient outreach and communicate with patients effectively to close gaps in their medication therapy.</li></ul></div>

3. **Inventory Management**<br>
<ul><li>Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages</li><li>Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or recalled medications from inventory</li><li>Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy storage areas</li></ul></div>
