Position Summary
The Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) serves as the first point of contact for all IT support requests and delivers timely, high-quality technical assistance to end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting routine issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring consistent user support across systems, applications, and devices.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic networking issues</li><li>Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets</li><li>Escalate advanced issues with proper documentation</li><li>Install, configure, and support hardware and software</li><li>Assist with device imaging, deployment, and asset/inventory tracking</li><li>Document work, resolutions, and follow IT policies and procedures</li><li>Assist with onboarding tasks and collaborate with the IT team</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>1 year of Help Desk or IT Support experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Azure and Microsoft 365 Applications</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN)</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems (ITSM tools)</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Associate's degree in information technology or related field</li><li>Experience with remote support tools</li><li>Experience working in a 24/7 on-call schedule</li></ul></div>

Job Description: 
Advantage Surveillance is seeking a Surveillance Investigator in San Francisco, CA Area. The qualified candidate will be responsible for conducting basic surveillance and investigative activities for our operations team. As a new investigator, we will provide you with a comprehensive training program, door to door travel pay, a vehicle allowance, fuel card, a top-of-the-line camera kit, as well as our other generous benefit offerings listed below.<div> 
Responsibilities:</div>

Locating Subjects of assigned investigations.</li><li>
Conducting covert observations of the Subject (Both Stationary and Mobile Surveillance).</li><li>
Recording Subject activity on a video recording device.</li><li>
Preparing a written descriptive log of observations (Surveillance Report).</li><li>
Uploading Video Evidence and a Surveillance Report</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Private Investigator license &ndash; We assist with this</li><li>

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills</li><li>
Must meet state mandated requirements to obtain or maintain a Private Detective / Private Investigator license / registration in multiple states</li><li>

Weekend and Holiday Availability</li><li>
Prior related surveillance &amp; workers&rsquo; compensation experience is helpful but not required</li><li>

Surveillance Investigator

Experienced Insurance Claims Surveillance Investigator needed for part-time and full- time positions.Investigator will be required to take quality video and submit detailed reports.A reliable vehicle suitable for surveillance operations is required for this position. Windows should have little to no tint to allow clear visibility. Vehicles with heavy window tint are not acceptable and must have the tint removed prior to the start of employment.Applicants must have field surveillance experience in the private sector (non-security, non-military), no misdemeanor/felony record and a clean driving record. Potential candidates will be required to submit to an extensive background check. Military Veterans will receive first considerationPay commensurate to experience.
