This full‑time position plays a vital role in supporting the company&rsquo;s financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with day‑to‑day accounting functions, and supporting payroll and reporting processes. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the Office &amp; Accounting Manager to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all accounting activities.Key Responsibilities&middot; Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records and general ledger entries&middot; Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions&middot; Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements on a regular basis&middot; Assist with payroll processing and payroll‑related reporting&middot; Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reports&middot; Track expenses, manage job cost data, and assist with budget monitoring&middot; Maintain organized financial files and documentation&middot; Assist with audits and provide requested financial information&middot; Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices&middot; Provide administrative and accounting support to the Office &amp; Accounting Manager as neededRequired Qualifications&middot; Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role&middot; Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles&middot; Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar programs preferred)&middot; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365&middot; High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy&middot; Excellent organizational and time‑management skills&middot; Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion&middot; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamPreferred Qualifications&middot; Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field&middot; Experience supporting payroll and job cost accounting&middot; Strong communication and problem‑solving skillsCompensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive salary based on experience&middot; Paid vacation and sick time&middot; Health benefits eligibility&middot; Opportunities for growth and professional developmentWhy Join Advantage Painting &amp; Drywall Solutions, Inc.Advantage offers a supportive, team‑focused work environment built on integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
