Position: Full-Time | Sales Department 
Reports to: Sales Manager or General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct in-home evaluations to assess comfort needs and current HVAC system condition</li>
<li>Present customized system recommendations, product options, and financing solutions</li>
<li>Prepare clear, professional proposals and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, IAQ products, and available rebates</li>
<li>Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and timely job completion</li>
<li>Track leads, proposals, and pipeline metrics in the company CRM</li>
<li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years in residential HVAC, home services, or in-home sales</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of all major HVAC brands (required)</li>
<li>Experience with Carrier LCU products (a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software, tablets, and proposal software</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and availability for evenings and weekends as needed</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor</li>
<li>Knowledge of financing programs (Wells Fargo, GoodLeap and Microf)</li>
<li>Experience with IAQ products, utility rebate programs, or Home Performance</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Salary draw to 100% commission</li>
<li>Vehicle allowance or company vehicle</li>
<li>Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional benefits</li>
<li>Incentives for selling IAQ products, accessories, or high-efficiency systems</li>
</ul>
