 About This Position:
 
 We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor and influential partner to senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance that supports Advantech&rsquo;s goals in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This hands-on role requires a high level of business acumen, the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, and a passion for driving results through people. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting sales organizations, managing multi-state employee groups, and demonstrated success in aligning people strategies with business priorities. This is a full-time onsite position with periodic travel required.
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, particularly within sales and client-facing business units, driving people strategies that enable performance and business success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design across multi-state locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with department heads and managers on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, and manager coaching.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with Compensation COE, oversee compensation reviews, pay structure design, job leveling, and benchmarking analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions across all employee lifecycle stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights and propose proactive solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain deep knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion change management efforts and lead initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and inclusion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business leaders across functions to understand their unique needs and provide tailored proactive solutions

 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multi-state and/or sales organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in both strategic HR planning and operational execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills with leaders at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and data skills; comfortable working with complex HRIS/reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel periodically as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s or MBA in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years progressive HR experience supporting multi-state and/or sales organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
