Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Deliver exceptional, patient-centered women's health care with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecologic conditions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform a broad range of gynecologic procedures and surgeries, both minor and major, with the highest clinical standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct thorough examinations, gather detailed medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests with precision.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain an engaging patient schedule of eight sessions per week, supported by a 1:4 call rotation for work-life balance.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Mentor a collaborative clinical team - including nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, and Mas - by providing guidance on best practices, protocols, and patient care excellence.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Leverage advanced technologies and innovative approaches to elevate clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices to bring cutting-edge treatments to patients.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure timely, accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in internal quality initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul><li>Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Active medical licenses in both Maryland and Washington D.C.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex problems with accuracy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Capacity to demonstrate excellence in communication, both with patients and colleagues.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A compassionate, empathetic approach that ensures the highest standard of patient-centered care.</li></ul>

Annual Compensation Range based on years of experience: $275,000.00 - $365,000.00
