What You&rsquo;ll Do:
As a Service Tech II, you&rsquo;ll perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), ensure HVAC systems run smoothly, and assist with move-in prep, renovations, and preventative maintenance. Your work will keep residents happy and motivate them to renew leases. You&rsquo;ll work toward advancing to Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
What You Bring:
You&rsquo;ll bring technical skills, professionalism, and strong organization. You&rsquo;ll need 1-3 years of property management experience and EPA Universal Certification is required.
