Job Description:
Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture. Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies. Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives. Follows prescribed isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of protective equipment, performs handwashing according to policy, and enforces safety regulations. Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrades skills continuously. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Assists in the delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse. Documents and reports all procedures in accordance with department policy. Participates in obtaining a nursing history and reports abnormalities to the registered nurse. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled.</li><li>Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake.</li><li>Interviews candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, reviews resumes and credentials, and assesses mission fit and qualifications.</li><li>Prepares salary offers and obtains hiring manager approvals. Extends job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary.</li></ul><div>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
