<ul><li>Supports the current care plan and throughput within the acute medical center on-site acute services.</li><li>Supports financial processes, including authorizations, verifications, and financial options for patients in-house, as stated above.</li><li>Tracks available service days.</li><li>Works with CM to ensure patients' financial obligations are met</li><li>Coordinates with CM to support discharge planning</li><li>Coordinates and collaborates with the current eligibility vendor</li><li>Provides direct patient financial counseling if appropriate</li><li>Assisting patients in completing AHC charitable applications at the support center location</li><li>Works with limited direct supervision</li><li>Can complete all PFA I duties if required</li></ul><br>
Qualifications include:<br>
