As a Manager of Patient Customer Service and Self Pay, you will:

Qualifications include: 
<ul><li>High School Diploma required, some college preferred.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 3&ndash;4 years of equivalent experience in a healthcare environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of processing without compromising quality or accuracy.</li><li>Strong customer service skills and ability to support an environment that promotes staff development, productivity, and efficiency.</li><li>Frequent pressure due to time constraints</li><li>Requires judgment that could affect performance and the image of the organization.</li><li>Frequently works at a PC involving focused concentration.</li><li>Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling/crouching, sitting, etc.</li><li>Light physical effort (lifts or carries up to 10lbs)</li><li>Atmosphere and environment associated with a hospital setting</li><li>Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times</li><li>Requires incumbents to commit to at least one year in the role prior to applying for other positions outside of Revenue Cycle</li></ul>

 As an Anesthesia Tech you will:
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain anesthesia equipment (clean, sterilize, test, calibrate and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment).
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records of equipment inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems pre, intra and post anesthesia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with transport of patients and laboratory specimens as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain procedures and operating equipment&rsquo;s to patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide services to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider.

 Qualifications include:

 High School Diploma or GED required
 </li>

 Previous experience as anesthesia technician

 Certified Anesthesia Technician Preferred
