We are a small, supportive team that prioritizes meaningful supervision, professional growth, and hands-on clinical training.<br>
</div><div>The Student Analyst role is intentionally designed for <b>graduate-level trainees</b> seeking high-quality clinical experience while progressing through their ABA graduate program.<br>
</div><div><b>Position Overview</b><br>
</div><div>We are seeking <b>Graduate-Level Student Analysts</b> who are currently enrolled in a qualifying graduate program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related field.<br>
</div><div>This role provides direct clinical experience under BCBA supervision and <b>may contribute toward supervised fieldwork hours</b>, in accordance with BACB requirements.<br>

</div>Evening availability required<br>

Prior ABA and/or RBT experience<br>

</li></ul><div><b>Responsibilities</b><br>
</div>Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Collect and analyze data during clinical sessions<br>
<li>
</li>Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs<br>
<li>
</li>Participate in supervision meetings, trainings, and case collaboration<br>
<li>
</li>Follow ethical, assent-based, and trauma-informed practices<br>
<li>
</li>Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and documentation standards<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Required Qualifications</b><br>
</div>Current enrollment in a graduate-level program (ABA, psychology, education, or related field)<br>

</li>Active RBT certification preferred<br>
<li>
</li>Strong communication, professionalism, and time management skills<br>
<li>
</li>Reliable transportation within Orange County<br>
<li>
</li>Ability to meet background check and health clearance requirements<br>
