Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create engaging designs for social media posts, ads, reels, and campaigns.</li><li>Assist in designing logos, banners, landing pages, and email creatives.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.</li><li>Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Stay updated with current design trends and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Support senior designers in day-to-day design tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.</li><li>Strong sense of color, typography, and layout.</li><li>Basic understanding of social media design and ad creatives.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.</li><li>A portfolio or sample of past design work (even academic/personal projects).</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in agency-level design and branding.</li><li>Opportunity to work on real client projects.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced designers and marketers.</li><li>Internship certificate &amp; potential for a full-time offer based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 4000 monthsPay: From &#8377;5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
