Position Overview: The Accountant / Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling bookkeeping, and maintaining smooth financial operations. The role requires hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong accounting skills, and the flexibility to work at different client sites within Lahore.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online for assigned clients</li><li>Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records</li><li>Prepare and issue monthly invoices to clients/customers</li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable &amp; Accounts Payable</li><li>Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements</li><li>Work on-site at different client locations within Lahore as required</li><li>Liaise with Advisors Deck Head Office for updates and reporting</li><li>Provide regular financial reports to both clients and firm management</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications (Mandatory &ndash; Do Not Apply If You Don&rsquo;t Meet These):<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a firm environment)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>BBA (Hons)/ M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ACCA</li><li>Experience in bookkeeping for multiple clients at once</li><li>Knowledge of other cloud accounting tools will be an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Professional work environment with career growth opportunities</li><li>Exposure to diverse industries and client portfolios</li></ul>Important Note: This role requires proven QuickBooks Online experience and the ability to work on-site with clients. &#9888; Only Apply If You Have Proven Pakistan Tax Experience &#9888; Advisors Deck is hiring a Tax Associate with minimum 2 years&rsquo; hands-on experience in Pakistan&rsquo;s tax laws, including Withholding Tax challan preparation &amp; filing, Annual Income Tax returns, PRA &amp; Sales Tax returns, and FBR representation. If you do not have direct, professional tax compliance experience in Pakistan, please do not apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparation &amp; submission of Withholding Tax Challans (Monthly &amp; Annual)</li><li>Filing of Withholding Statements under relevant provisions of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001</li><li>Preparation &amp; filing of Annual Income Tax Returns for individuals, AOPs, and companies</li><li>Monthly PRA and Sales Tax return preparation &amp; filing (including SRB, KPRA, BRA if required)</li><li>Representation before FBR and other tax authorities on behalf of clients</li><li>Preparing Income Tax Return workings &amp; reconciliation statements</li><li>Ensuring timely compliance with all applicable tax deadlines</li><li>Advising clients on tax obligations, notices, and compliance strategies</li><li>Maintaining proper documentation for audit &amp; legal purposes</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications (Mandatory &ndash; Do Not Apply If You Don&rsquo;t Meet These):<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience in tax compliance within a CA firm or tax consultancy in Pakistan</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of:</li><li>Income Tax Ordinance, 2001</li><li>Sales Tax Act, 1990</li><li>Provincial Sales Tax Laws (PRA, SRB, KPRA, BRA)</li><li>FBR IRIS &amp; related portals</li><li>Proficiency in Withholding Tax filing, Annual &amp; Monthly returns, and challan preparation</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tax calculations &amp; reconciliations</li><li>Excellent understanding of tax notices, assessments, and compliance procedures</li><li>Ability to independently handle client tax matters without guidance</li></ul>Important Note: Only candidates with direct and proven experience in Pakistan&rsquo;s taxation laws and procedures will be shortlisted.
