We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2-5 years of professional experience and strong recruiting skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact across all facets of human resources.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.</li><li>
Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.</li><li>
Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.</li><li>
Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruiting.</li><li>
Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Skills</h2><ul><li>
Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.</li><li>
Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.</li><li>
