The ideal candidate is proactive, understands brand storytelling, and can translate ideas into impactful posts, videos, and campaigns.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Manage daily posting, community engagement, and responses</li><li>Track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize for engagement and reach</li><li>Coordinate monthly content calendars and maintain brand consistency</li></ul>2. Content Creation &amp; Copywriting<ul><li>Write compelling copy for posts, videos, blogs,website, website banners, and ads</li><li>Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing creatives</li><li>Support in scripting for reels, short videos, and promotional content</li><li>Maintain a strong tone of voice aligned with brand identity</li></ul>3. Campaign Support<ul><li>Assist in planning and execution of digital campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align communication</li><li>Ensure all creatives meet campaign objectives and guidelines</li></ul>4. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track KPIs like engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, CTR, etc.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports</li><li>Use insights to refine content strategy</li></ul>5. About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
