<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of office facilities including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and repairs.</li><li>Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective facility services.</li><li>Supervise AMC contracts, soft and hard services, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators).</li><li>Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for effective control of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, energy metering, and security systems.</li><li>Conduct periodic inspections and audits of all electrical systems including LT/HT panels, DBs, UPS, and fire alarms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with leasing and property teams for tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and handovers.</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.</li><li>Conduct regular facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Handle tenant complaints or requests and ensure prompt resolutions.</li><li>Monitor energy usage, implement sustainable practices, and track utility costs.</li><li>Manage asset inventory, procurement of supplies, and facility documentation.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Any Degree Qualification</li><li>Min 4 Years of Experience in the relevant field</li><li>Experience in commercial real estate or office space management is preferable</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, lead teams, and work independently.</li><li>Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), safety protocols, and audits.</li><li>Male candidates only</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;600,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Facility Management: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Kannada (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bangalore, Karnataka (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
