<div>Stockroom is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, material, supplies, tools, compiles stock records in stockroom.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Count, run stock where needed, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.</li>
<li>Store articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material.</li>
<li>Compile reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments.</li>
<li>Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.</li>
<li>Fill orders or issues supplies from stock as well as requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to mark identifying codes, figures, or letters of articles.</li>
<li>Can enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.</li>
<li>Be able to determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location.</li>
<li>Ability to examine stock to verify conformance to specifications.</li>
<li>Be able to distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Position</b></div>
<div>The Accounts Payable Clerk processes invoices, reconciles vendor accounts, and assists with payment runs while maintaining accurate records and responding to vendor inquiries. This position also supports month-end closing, audits, and general accounts payable operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Accurate data entry of invoices into ERP system, including matching to purchase orders and general ledger account coding.</li>
<li>Scan and index of invoices into document management system.</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.</li>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries.</li>
<li>Work closely with purchasing department and key department heads to resolve invoice discrepancies.</li>
<li>Assist with preparation and processing of scheduled payment runs (checks, ACH, credit card, etc).</li>
<li>Maintain Accounts Payable check stock in secured location.</li>
<li>Assist department with filing and scanning as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to company policies, accounting procedures and established controls.</li>
<li>Adhere to month end closing guidelines.</li>
<li>Support audits by providing requested documentation</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma required</li>
<li>1 year related experience required</li>
</ul>
