Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.</li><li>Ensure quality of work, safety standards, and timely completion.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project management team.</li><li>Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 to 10 years&rsquo; experience in villa/apartment/infra construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site management.</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Should be willing to work full-time on site in Alappuzha.</li></ul>Gender Preference: Male candidates only.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
