As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential on-site administrative and payroll support to nuclear project teams, contributing directly to project execution, workforce coordination, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.</div><br>

Citizenship Requirement:</b><br>
<i>This position requires access to nuclear facilities and information governed by U.S. federal regulations. As a result, applicants must be U.S. citizens to meet eligibility and security clearance requirements.</i></div><br>

 What You'll Do Here:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Collect, and verify daily labour timesheets for payroll entry and processing</li>
<li>Perform payroll duties such as verifying and submitting all timesheets, audit reports, prepare new employee packages and termination/layoff forms</li>
<li>Accurately report/audit employees time worked / not worked during project</li>
<li>Perform internal and external, verbal, and written status/turnover reports.</li>
<li>Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the site team</li>
<li>Ensure communications to onboard staff is delivered and received</li>
<li>Accurately track manual and non-manual schedules (days worked/days off)</li>
<li>Aid in communications between home office and site management</li>
<li>Help coordinate site procurement and deliveries as required</li>
<li>Maintain accurate project records/files</li></ul><br>

What You Bring:</b></div>

<li>Prior Nuclear experience preferred but not required</li>
<li>Good communication, organizational and administrative skills are essential</li>

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with nuclear engineering experience to support work at the Vistra Comanche Peak nuclear station. The successful candidate will be part of a team of engineers in Glen Rose, TX working on plant modification packages. The candidate will support complex engineering assignments including preparation of packages that include specifications and data sheets, calculations, and modifications to existing plant drawings; provide support to proposals, prepare purchase requisitions; review vendor drawings and develop cost and budget estimates and schedules and scope of work documents.
</p><p>Hybrid and/or remote work arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.</p>

What You'll Do Here</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Prepare Engineering Change Packages including but not limited to wiring diagrams and schematics, single line, and three-line drawings for plant modification packages including digital upgrades.</li>
<li>Prepare specifications for major electrical and control equipment.</li>
<li>Prepare AC and DC loading, short circuit and electrical protection calculations</li>
<li>Perform Digital Upgrade evaluations</li>
<li>Interface with equipment vendors, including providing oversight and review of project submittals such as drawings, O&amp;M manuals and software quality documentation</li>
<li>Candidates will support multiple projects and support coordination of activities with clients, contractors, vendors and other members of the project teams.</li></ul><br>

What You Bring To The Team</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited 4-year university</li>
<li>8 years&rsquo; overall experience in design, operations or field service/support for power plants or heavy industrial facilities</li>
<li>5 years of experience relating to design of operating nuclear power plants in the U.S.</li>
<li>NANTeL Certified in the Nuclear Standard Design Process (IP-ENG-01)</li>
<li>Current or recent qualifications to independently prepare nuclear modification packages at a commercial nuclear plant (i.e., qualified to a utility/owner Quality Assurance program) [preferred]</li>
<li>Professional Engineering (PE) license in US (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of engineering design and analysis. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Familiarity with nuclear regulations and industry standards</li>
<li>Experience to include leading a team of engineers and technicians and training/mentoring junior staff</li>
<li>Good written and oral communication skills. Must be able to interface with other members of the project team including other disciplines, clients, contractors and vendors.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Expertise using Microsoft Office products</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain unescorted access to nuclear plants and other facilities requiring background checks and pre-employment/random.</li>
<li>Field experience at an operating nuclear plant</li>
</ul>
