What You'll Do Here</b></div>

The Senior Administration Assistant serves as a senior-level assistant and provides project management support across complex projects and programs. This role ensures high-quality project execution by providing coordination, project controls support, cross-functional communication, and process oversight. The Senior Administration Assistant works closely with project directors/managers, technical leads, stakeholders, and senior leadership to maintain project health, improve workflows, and drive successful delivery of project objectives. The Senior Administration Assistant oversees administrators during pre-outage and outage activities, coordinates site procurement and deliveries, maintains accurate project records and files, maintains time and per-diem records, coordinates relocation and onboarding efforts, and provides technical support.</div><br>

<li>Assist in day-to-day coordination of complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.</li>

<li>Support project managers and technical leads in developing project related documents.</li>

What You Bring To The Team</b></div>

<li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).</li>

What is the Opportunity?</b></p>

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the Senior Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for providing project controls support to Aecon&rsquo;s ongoing mega-projects in the Nuclear sector.</p><br>

<li> Support the implementation of an Earned Value Management plan to measure project performance, identify variances, and inform accurate forecasting</li></ul><br>
