Job responsibilities :A. Human Resource Management<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process &mdash; job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.</li><li>Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, TDS), and maintain compliance documentation.</li><li>Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.</li><li>Conduct induction programs, maintain employee engagement, and monitor performance appraisals.</li><li>Implement and monitor HR policies aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure a healthy work culture.</li><li>Coordinate training and development sessions for staff and trainers.</li></ul>B. Operations Management<ul><li>Manage daily operations of training centers, including scheduling, logistics, and support functions.</li><li>Coordinate with departments (academic, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth program delivery.</li><li>Supervise infrastructure management &mdash; classrooms, labs, and administrative facilities.</li><li>Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintain inventory records.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, MIS, and track performance metrics.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of documents, invoices, and records to partnering institutions (e.g., MSME TC Ludhiana, YCMOU, etc.).</li><li>Support project implementation as per SLA and monitor compliance.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, training partners, and government departments as required.</li></ul>C. Compliance &amp; Administration<ul><li>Ensure adherence to labor laws, institutional regulations, and internal quality frameworks.</li><li>Maintain HRMS records, documentation for audits, and staff verification.</li><li>Handle center inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.</li><li>Manage student and faculty attendance systems, ID cards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.</li><li>Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
