The main duties include:</p><ul><li>
Develop, lead and execute operational growth plans for the Southeast through service line, client, and market expansion meeting profitability and growth expectations.
</li><li>Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, departmental / service line / location profit and loss statements, monthly financials; developing specific actions directly related to business results and growth in conjunction with local operational leaders.
</li><li>Manage workforce to optimally fulfill customer needs and ensure profitability in regard to hiring, promotion, reduction, etc.
</li><li>Actively work with the leadership team at Aegeus and AIS group on key initiatives to grow the Southeast Region.</li><li>
Manage and ensure operational requirements including resources needed, training required, and client expectations are being executed within the region; define and establish operational priorities; and achieve financial objectives for the region.</li><li>
Ensure operational excellence for the region by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, growth strategy achievement, and service delivery expectations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Education and Work Experience:
<ul><li>10+ years of experience in a supervisory / management role</li><li>
7+ years of experience in an operations management position with profit and loss responsibilities.</li><li>
15+ years of experience in the oil and gas service industry specifically relating to NDT and Advanced Services.</li><li>
A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li></ul>

Regional Operations Manager

<div>Position Overview:
<p>
New openings for Project-Based RT technicians in Houston. Candidates must have a level 2 RT certification with film interpretation. Operates tools and equipment to accomplish job assignments and client requirements</li><li>
Inspect and interpret readings as required in real time, to determine areas of interest.</li><li>

Education and Work Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of NDT experience with full documentation of prior training, experience and certification is required.</li><li>

</li></ul>Certificates and Licenses Required:
<ul><li>NDT Level II certification in: RT Lvl 2 is required with film interpretation. UT, PT or MT Lvl 2 a plus.</li><li>

Project-Based Lv. II RT Technician

<div>Position Overview:
<p>
We have an opening for a variable 3rd party / Mechanical Inspector located in Houston, Texas! The ideal candidate will have their CWI, NDE PT, MT and RT Film Interpretation and with 10+ years of experience in vendor surveillance relating to inspection of fabrication of pipe vessels and mechanical valves. This is a variable role so hours will vary according to project timelines and schedules. Come join the growing Aegeus team!</p><p></p><p><br>
The main duties include:</p><ul><li><div>
Perform internal and external inspections to determine if items under inspection meet the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document.</div></li><li>
Monitor NDE and PWHT process.</li><li>
Oversee inspection of mechanical equipment, piping, structure and welding activities conducted at shops and construction sites.</li><li><div>
Conduct inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of the equipment as qualified and assigned.</div></li><li><div>
Properly interpret regulations, codes, and industry standards.</div></li><li><div>
Discuss quality trend with Quality Engineer / Inspection Coordinator and provide Improvement plan if any.</div></li><li>
Actively participate and ensure a flawless Vendor Surveillance Program.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
